Attorney Liken began in the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office in Pittsburgh after earning a B.A. in Administration of Justice from the University of Pittsburgh. In Colorado he served the City & County of Denver as a civil and criminal fraud investigator for Denver Human Services, completing more than 700 independent investigations, writing detailed reports and testifying in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he received the Denise Stott Award for leadership and community involvement. He is a former Deputy District Attorney in Colorado's 12th Judicial District and a court-appointed Colorado Child & Family Investigator, and he founded The Longmont Law Firm to bring senior-level judgment and small-firm attention to Colorado families.
